Beneficial Ownership awareness workshop was held on April 26, 2018 at Madi Yadanar Hall, MGJEA Office, Nay Pyi Taw.

This workshop was attended by such as MSG vice president, representatives from MGJEA, the budget department of MOPF, DICA, Gem and Jade companies’ representatives, MSG members and MEITI-NCS team members.

The workshop was opened with the  Speech by U Win Htein, the Vice President from MSG and followed by the Speech from U Min Thu who is the General Manager from MGE. After that, NCS and MSG members presented and explained about MEITI progress and history, meaning of Beneficial ownership, showing Beneficial ownership’s video that provide by International EITI’s secretariat. All participants actively discussed and ask the question. Finally, closing speech by U Win Htein and the workshop was held successfully.
