The inception meeting was held for EITI process to implement and form Sub National Coordination Unit in states and regions at Mandalay government office on May 5, 2018.

In this inception meeting, the MSG and NCS members explained and presented the MEITI implementation process and timeline, challenges, experiences and advantages regarding with formation in states and regions. And then, they discussed about Sub-National Coordination Unit Term and reference with Mandalay SNU Team members.

The meeting was attended by Mandalay’s chef minister and ministers, Deputy Speaker and representative of the Mandalay parliament, private sector, civil society from Mandalay region, Mandalay SNU Members, MEITI-MSG and NCS team members.
