The sub-committee, their alternate members, MOBD, the National Coordinator, the National Coordination Secretariat, Organizational Development Consultant Ms. Emma Irwin and the representatives from the development partners organizations joined this meeting.

Organizational Development Consultant presented about the purpose of the project, the background, how this project turned up, the agreed timeline, the implemented tasks, the proposed new NCS structure, MSG decisions related to the project, the updates and the next steps of the project. After the sub-committee members and other attendees clarified and discussed based on the consultant's presentation, there were seven decisions agreed at the meeting.
