The meeting was held with the objective of awarding certificates of honor to the companies that has participated in the MEITI reports, discussing the renovation cost for the MEITI-NCS office, adjusting the budget in the EITI Work Plan for hiring the Pre-Cadaster Working Group Consultant, discussing the procurement related plans and so on.

The Programme Manager from NCS presented the proposed agenda and facilitated the meeting while the Sub-committee members discussed and expressed their opinions. Then, the meeting was adjourned at 12 noon after resolving to the meeting decisions such as to award certificates of honor to the companies that has participated in the MEITI reports, to hold the MEITI 2nd and 3rd reports launch event and adjusting the MEITI work plan and budget, and so on.
