Communication and Outreach Sub-committee meeting was held at MEITI-NCS office, Yangon from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM on January 21, 2019.
The meeting was to emphasize on evaluation for events of 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 fiscal years MEITI Reports Launch and Public Debate held in Nay Pyi Taw, dicussion on MEITI Sub-National Coordination Unit-SNU Formation activities and IEC Materials production and creation.
In the meeting, discussion on strengths and weakness of events of 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 fiscal years MEITI Reports Launch and Public Debate held in Nay Pyi Taw, identifying States and Regions for SNU formation from January 2019 to March 2019, suggestion and discussion to create MEITI related IEC Materials and reporting updated progress of MEITI activities were emphasized.
Simultaneously, planning and coordination for Yangon Region SNU Oreintation and Formation in January, 2019 depending on prepared time and situation, submittion detailed frame for National EITI Conference to 18th MSG meeting and making annoucement from Newsletter, Radio, MEITI Website and Social Media for Public Debate events were agreed.
