The MSG has agreed that the 5th report shall cover the Oil and Gas, Mining, Gems and Jade, and Pearl Sectors for the fiscal year 2017-2018 and the Forestry Sector for the fiscal years 2016-2017 and 2017-2018. The 5th EITI report shall be completed by March 31st 2020. To meet the EITI standard on beneficial ownership reporting, the MSG has agreed to include disclosures of all beneficial owners in the sectors. On behalf of the government of the Union of Myanmar, the MSG and the Fiscal Policy, Strategy and EITI Division, Budget Department of the Ministry of Planning and Finance seeks a competent and credible firm, free from conflicts of interest, to provide Independent Administrator services in accordance with the EITI Standard.
